I reckon this is the reason the server is empty (No not just because Lensy hasnt got the pack *sorry*) but because not all folks submit to the rip off that is EA
Can we change the maps to Vanilla and see how that fairs, everytime I log in these days its empty and 6 of us tried to get the server going but only 2 others joined and we were on if for a few rounds 🙁

certainly, although when I checked the server the setting had been changed to start round with 1 player which takes us out of the quickjoin servers
Gutted, its a shame we cant properly have a mixture, it makes fuck all sense that it would cause issues, very GAY! 🙁
it’s a decision by EA to stop people being kicked from servers if they don’t have the expansion pack. One of the many problems with expansions
It’s not just that I’m tight in not buying Karkand – it’s mainly that I only just got BF3. Wanted to just jump in and play that for a bit before worrying about expansion packs. I was already pissed off with a 4Gb download needed as part of the DVD install, and really didn’t want to arse about waiting for more stuff to stream down.
It’s only £12, so I’ll probably grab it when I can be bothered. I get little enough time to play as it is, so may as well get set up so when I can play I at least up my chances of doing so with a decent mob.
Well yesterday I joined with my PeltizKru m8’s as they were allready playing but once again(allways) they tend to play Rush. As there were 4 of my friends in one squad I got bored on just playing alone and spawn-> run to mcom and die x 10. Then I had few good rounds with lynx and guess insane was there for atleast one 500tic round x) Then joined to xdc just to notice it was HC which isnt my gametype but maybe ill get used to it if playing it a bit more 😉

you dont automatically gen. health and armour – you can only join on squad member amongst others
