like i said stats = wank , because they are not implimented properly and always spoil gameplay.

But stats should be used by the server too. If you want to block players who have a TK level of 1% of all kills or higher then the admin should have that option. If you want to block players higher than rank X then you should have that option too. Or people with 50% of their kills with claymores, or who have spent too much time loan wolf, or who have been banned from X many servers.
That’s how stats should be used.
I like your thinking Neon. Some clever ideas there.
Stats I’ve found are only really a problem in the first few months a game comes out. You get Legit types who whore the game just to get bragging rights on a few virtual gold medals or awards. spoils the game for everyone else. They eventually tire and fuck off to the next game and things get better.

hactually I might give it a go to see how keyboard and mouse fairs with such an amazing game..

It was fooking brill.. only 2 of us in split screen but you can get the jist of how it plays.. its was rather exciting and I was all clammed up with nervousness (Clammed up = sweaty palms).. I was even impressed with the controls.. the sensitivity was spot on.. and the best bit is knowing the enemy is behind a wall which you can shoot through!
Looking forward to this on MP alot

I think Mike’s already created a profile for COD 4 on the server. Remember its no longer either / or with the dedicated server. We can have up to 4 games running on the same box so everybody’s happy 8)

I now have a Radeon X1950XT and it is not that much better, except for better texture detail and a little bit of AA and AF on

Its a Windows server because COD has issues with Linux, I checked before I got the server sorted because I have a brain
