4. Finishing my diss! Got a bit of editing to go, and then print the fucker -100 pages long… and including everything, over 20,000 words!

Printing as I type! Been working on it solidly since 8am yesterday! (give or take the time it takes to check the best website in the world!)

Normally goto Manchester, but have decided on that one night out *not been round Bolton for many years* that its much better, theres so much more trout about.. who feel more accessable than the ones where we go in Manchester, who are all up there own arses 🙂

Exercise.. unsurprising really because it can under an intense workout it can release endorphines*. 70 miles a day on my bike has cut a fair bit of weight too.
Eating I guess. I like to eat… probably why I’m currently a fat bastard, but hey it’s comforting to enjoy a variety of flavours – and no I don’t do anything that’s like seafood or salty or high in protein… (unless you count chicken, by that I don’t mean ‘suck this it’s foul’)…
