But by moderating them, he is none the wiser as it still allows him to post his drivel only it wont be inserted into the thread without being approved by a moderator so he will be none the wiser and just think that people are ignoring him 😉

Yeah pretty much although it does vary depending on which software you use to run your forum. In theory he wont see any messages saying ‘your post needs to approved by a moderator before it is inserted into the thread’. The difference is depending on access levels we won’t have to read it or feel the need to respond.
Worst case senario is if as full blown XDC members we inherit Moderator rights by default then we would see the post but know that it actually hasn’t been inserted into the thread.
Magiker is the best person to clarify this with regards to permissions as he has Super Admin Access to the site for obvious reasons. Is this possible Maj?
I think the best way to deal with it all is to post any threads which are likly to set him off (motobike ones for example), in the private section.
BTW… has stan got access to the privvy forums?
or make it so he can only see one area, with one topic in it, were only he can post, and eventually hell go mad.
Surely it’s getting to a point whereby we need to ban Legit, if simply to make it plainly clear he isn’t wanted on here anymore and just deal with his new accounts one by one.
At the end of the day, he’s a guest on these forums that we pay for. If he doesn’t like what we post, tbh, he should have the decency of fucking off, or if he hasn’t,he should made to understand how most of us feel about the annoying cockknocker.
I am certainly going to BAN his BF CD Key on our server. I want anyone in XDC who knows how to admin to ban the motherfucking little abortion if he is seen on the server
