Exactly 😛 Experience of riding a bike is 1 thing, it’s another thing altogether to have experience riding it like a twat, of whch they have must have none. Common sense is fine if the world likes to move at a slow pace, but it’s the free-thinkers which move the world leaps and bounds….

Not exactly, but because of him technology advanced leaps and bounds… not only the stuff his engineers created, but the stuff other engineers created to defeat him. it’s those engineers which were not afriad or ignorant or stupid enough to stick to what they know and try things they didn’t – they experimented and created the foundations of technology as it exists today. All it takes is 1 ignorant fool to not understand what someone is saying, then that engineer loses his desire and doesn’t build shit. Where would that leave us if everyone was assholes in WW2? No space program, no computers, no RADAR, no jets, no rockets, nothing.

Well I for one would like to see more of Lord Von Phartsbury’s tales from the City. Even his own forum on the site (well we have one for fishing ffs 🙄 ). He could use it to dispense sage advice on sartorial matters, the art of pipe smoking, and promote the Way of the Phart in political discourse.

Yes, the same people there which have never actually done the activity, just like the people here, somehow are all experts on something they have never done in theory or practice.
