And what more could I ask for?
Well I’d like to invite a few more of XDC to join us again and see for themselves the kind of thing we’re getting up to in this game. We’re running XDC squads daily atm with normally 4 or 5 of us tearing it up together on the Cobalt server, and it’s honestly been a blast over the last couple of months. In that time we’ve managed to work out a system which keeps us in challenging but fun fights for the majority of the time, and we’re getting really quite good at this close knit squad play.
This last week we’ve had a 5 or 6 man squad most nights, for at least a while, and we even hit a peak of 8 in squad last night I think….although I’m starting to lose count 🙂 We’ve even had Occa and Ronathan on a few times this week, and hopefully again over the weekend.
Anyway, if anyone else would like to join us, there’s never been a better time to join in – it’s taken 2 years but we now have an XDC presence in this game. If you fancy trying it out again or for the first time, just download the client through steam and either message me there or jump on TS and anyone on there will be able to help you get into squad.
Also Line, we might be on Miller for a bit when things are quieter over the weekend if you’d like a taster of our squad action, but of course you could just join us on Cobalt and see what we’re doing every day of the week 🙂
Cracking night yesterday with xdc holding up a squad on TR two or three times our size for about 45 minutes in a fight around two bases. Eventually we seem to actually break their will to fight and push out to cap back lost territory and a few bases just in time to secure a draw for the alert. TR needed 51% territory control to win the alert, and the efforts of our five man xdc squad reduced them to 49% just in the nick of time :). Got some videos coming soon of the action, but well played everyone there at the time, and let’s do more of the same tonight!
Was away from home for the weekend. Some late season flyfishing I should be on again during this week 🙄
Awesome Occa, we should have more on later today as well since it’s still quite early.
Also for everyone who’s a member, the double XP event is still running, so I’ll be on most of the day 🙂
