I believe theres a Demo of this on Xbox live Marketplace
Think I’ll wait for teh full version though.. dont want to spoil it 🙂
Dissapointed.. GFX great.. spookyness and eeeriely good.. however.. game.. errrm.. it didnt hit me like I thought it would, I didnt think WOW! other than GFX I’ve seen it all in Clive Barkers Undying.. Me mate wernt impressed either.. We decided Stranglehold was much better fun 🙂
know what u mean, I dont think it was long enough to get into it rlly, but i think when my pre order finally arrives il be able to judge it a bit more
It got 10/10 on Eurogamer, though given their history of taking bungs for reviews it probably just means that the reviewer got a hooker sent over by the game devs. Fair enough, I’d give any old bollocks a 10/10 review for a bj off a tidy bird as well.
Any road, the annual FIFA/Pro Evo malarkey is coming up at around the same time so I’ll probably end up buying one of those instead.
Have had a cunning plan to cover myself for when this arrives through the post.
Will tell the wife that ive bought it for her so that she can play that while im on BF2142.

got the “TBYB” version last night on 360.. will let you know what I think.. However I think I’ll save my pennies for soemthing I know I will play for hours 🙂
yup! yup! yup! curious how itll handle, fancied the pc version over the 360 – trusty mouse and keyboard
Tried it last night. Didn’t think it was great. Looked good and all but the lack of any kind of AI really let it down. I slagged off FEAR a bit but in comparison it was miles ahead of this game and even the first Far Cry with it’s at times dodgy but on the whole decent AI beats this.
There was a major plus point though and it was quite a shock. I downloaded the PC version and even though my PC is distinctly below average by todays standards it defaulted all the settings to max and ran completely smooth.
So if you like the game definitely buy it on PC – FPS’s are better on PC than Xbox anyway and it’ll be at least 15 quid cheaper (if you get it legally) and look as good as if not better than the console version.
