Bleh

Sooooo the nice new PB update has the lovely side effect of killing my modem connection with its hardware scanning algorythims (sp? 😀 )or OOB’s or WHATEVER the hell it is, it’s a known issue that effects a small number of modems adsl/dial ups.

Bah I saw this coming when I d/l the sound fix file from evenbalance and it did the same thing. Guess they decided that the sound problem was affecting too many people and released it as a live update.

Got an old Alcatel frog that I’m going to try and if that doesn’t work I guess I’ll have to fork out for a adsl router in order to carry on playing any PB enabled game. 😕
