Alright since I’m getting some time at last to try this beta I need some help. Sometimes it can be good, but overall I hate rush, so I’m quite keen to try the conquest map out there, but I don’t know how. I know it’s not been officially released for the beta, but could someone explain all this talk of passwords and secret servers so that I could maybe try it, or at least stop trying to find a way if it’s not possible?
Rush is not true BF, couple that with a choke point infested map and it makes for painful play most of the time. BF is about large open space vehicle combat or infantry fighting in areas where you can at least out flank.
The only part I really like about OM is the final stage and you don’t often get to see it in a beta that for the most part is deviod of teamwork.
I’m a bit narked I didn’t get to play CB. I had the password, but there were so few servers running it that it was impossible to get on one. I hope they put it back up before the end of beta, because at the moment I’m getting to see a side of BF3 I don’t like.
By the way if you see any servers up and running CB, without an official post to say they’re up, don’t be tempted to join them. The server files were leaked and upon joining most will mess up your stats (straight to max rank etc.) and there are rumors that your Origin account could be banned.
Rush was ok for the first few games, reminded me a bit of RO style, only shit… Conquest for me which is why I require a PC to play it on 🙂
