    Well then, it’s like this, I am getting varied speeds from my ISP, as low as 300 Kbps down/190 up to 3000 down/200 up, the speed drops off massively at peak time, but I don’t know if this is a raping contention ratio or something more, any ideas?

    flatmates from hell still, means there is feck all I can do about it due to the fact that they hold all the cards with the BB.
