Most people here probably won’t remember him because he mostly played Desert Combat back in the day, but anyhow the poor fella went on a night on the town near his barracks on Saturday and some nobber thought it was funny to crack him in the face. He fell flat on his arse and the bouncers at the club quickly kicked the offending nobber out.
Anyhow on Sunday morning when he was sober after having a sore jaw and checking the mirror he noticed a gap in his teeth he thought 1 got knocked out, so was going to make a dentist appointment to get it sorted. Later on Sunday he noticed that it wasn’t actually a tooth missing, but his actual Jaw bone had separated like the vampires in Blade II, but his face was held together by his skin.
After reporting it to the medical centre at his barracks they transferred him to a hospital on Monday morning and yesterday he had an operation where they put a titanium staple in to put his jaw back together.
He is recovering well and back to work, albeit struggling to open his mouth properly untill everything heals up properly – he will be on leave a few days after I have my MRI so you may get a chance to kick his ass on a few games again within the next couple of weeks 😉
