Watched last night.. what a top (and refreshingly change) film!
Effects are brill, storys ok as you’d expect from legends
lots of great actionsuper!
this is one of the best realised fantasy films ever- the effects on this are star-wars-amazing..
its a pitty the dodgy story line, shocking editing (cast and crew were being teleported from set to set with no explanation at times), and bad acting let it down
you still need to watch this for the effects!!

Are the good reviews in this thread some sort of sarcastic piss take, or what were you guys smoking when you saw it? Really I’m struggling to think of a worse film right now, this was rubbish. The effects were ok, and are probably the only thing that makes the film stand out as slightly more than just a B movie, but I disagree they’re worth watching the movie for.

Exactly. There was a very basic story line, and a plot which had practically no cohesion at all. Hanging together by a thread doesn’t even come close to describing how badly made this was. If I was to somehow get a film budget, write my own script, and direct it, then something of Dragon War’s quality would be the result….actually a complete novice may even do a better job.
1/10 – not even hilariously bad, though drugs might help.
