In order to make certain medal rewards more accessible to casual players the time played criteria for the following medals has been reduced:
Golden Scimitar Medal – Now requires 100 hours
Peoples Medallion – Now requires 100 hours
MEC Special Forces Service Medal – Now requires 50 hours
Navy Cross Medal – Now requires 100 hours
EU Special Service Medal – Now requires 50 hours
SAS Service Medal – Now requires 50 hours
Navy Seal Service Medal – Now requires 50 hours
Spetsnaz Service Medal – Now requires 50 hours
Rebel Service Medal – Now requires 50 hours
Other Changes in the update include:
– Addition of a North America Service Ribbon.
– Change in the promotion of Generals Each month. After the update the top 50 Lt. Generals will be promoted to General.
– Additional authentication support for ranked servers to ensure proper labeling of ranked servers in the server browser.
Arrrgggg for fark sakes, so the fact that I am hours away from the 250 I needed/ 500 I needed for various shite bits o tin now goes out the effing window

I was on the BAF server, playing on Karki when I stopped in the tank to pick up a lone member of my side who was hanging around the square, and for the next 30 seconds all I get is:

etc.Funnily enough I didn’t, so the ‘tard gets out and fires a grenade at me!

Thats happened a few times to me and when it happens on our server its the XDC patented Insta-Kick© for the offenders.

BTW Neon – ROFL on your suggested medals.
Thing about those time requirements is that doesn’t really make that much difference as they haven’t lowered the wins requirement.
So, 100 hours on USMC ‘check’ – 293 wins as USCM still required 🙄
Just had a thought…..anybody who bought their ranks on Ebay now will be a bit pissed off!
