How do you make a movie with no actors, props, sets or music?

It’s a little slow, but this chap Paul has made a video diary about how one day everybody in the UK ‘vanished’. It’s a nice idea, although don’t expect a Hollywood blockbuster. He’s added 10 other video blogs explaining what happens.
Think ‘Cloverfield’ meets ‘The Survivors’.

This is Paul – the guy that made the movies that you have posted here, I just wanted to say thanks for posting the link to the films.
You are right in saying that the first series is a bit slow – that was “mostly” by design – I wanted to get the feeling of nothing much happening to this guy – as he tries to discover what is happening around him.
Thats something that will change in series 2. I’m planning to up the ante and introduce alot more action to the series – and make it more of a piece of entertainment than a blog. Still using a minimal budget – The first series cost me exactly zero money to make. This one will cost me money as I have costumes and props. Althugh it’s still within reach of anyone who is serious about making movies.
If you or anyone reading this wants to know or see more, I have setup a Facebook group for the series, where I am adding sneak preview and behind the scenes stuff on series 2. I am making these films for hardcore sci-fi fans like myself and would love to have your support.
