I have a new favourite server

Granted it’s early days (only played on it twice so far) but I think I’ve found my new favourite TF2 server. It’s run by a clan/community called Playstuff, and the server’s called Playstuff.net Teamplay (ip 81.19.219.104:27015). So far I’ve found the player quality to be quite high, but more importantly the map rotation and server settings are excellent. First of all there’s no reduction in the default spawn timer, second there’s no all talk, so you can actually plan an attack when things get bogged down, and last but not least, they have some excellent custom maps, and a varied map rotation!

To be fair the server might seem slightly better that it is because of the teamwork with Paddy and Jonny the last two nights, but I’ll certainly be spending more time on it. Oh and Jonny, that round on badwater last night was awesome 🙂 From the position the cart was when the countdown started, you very rarely see a team go on to win a game, and it was definitely our contribution which opened the way at the last second 🙂
