Nick Riva started djing in 1994 with many musical influences from Deep Tech House through to Progressive house music. He has gone on to use these influences playing clubs across the United Kingdom. He has spun alongside the likes of DJ/Producer Arthur Baker famous for his studio work alongside many major label artist including New Order.

In the summer of 2001 Nick held a club residency in Manchester playing alongside DJ/Author Dave Haslam also a regular DJ at the world famous Hacienda nightclub in Manchester. He was then booked to play at a private party for the cast of the movie “Twenty Four Hour Party People” a movie based around Factory Records owner Tony Wilson highlighting Manchester clubland. The same night coincided with Dave Haslam’s “Adventure’s on the Wheels of Steel” book launch.

Nick has recently completed a two year course in Audio Engineering/Music Production taking his musical involvement to a new level as well as recording/producing his own music. Over the last few years he has been recording, producing music & engineering sessions for a variety of bands, presenting them with a professional finished product. His projects also include working with industry standard Digidesign Pro Tools software for music production, as well as post production writing music for picture including Dolby Digital surround sound format

He is currently stepping back up on the dj circuit after taking time out to work on his own musical ideas, music projects & remixes & producing his own material in the studio, hoping to have some music up here soon.
