    I have to run a program on my computer (PLINK) I can use the DOS bit of it, so that’s ok, but when I try to use the GUI bit (gPLINK) it just tries to open the .jar file rather than run the program. Apparently this means that it’s not in my java pathway. Or something. Help please!

    uninstall and reinstall java

    Tried it, it still won’t work. I cna get it to work by going through the DOS command prompt but I’m a bit stupid and it takes me forever and ever.
