    Whilst making some eggy bread (I call it gypsy toast) My daughter wanted a sweeter type of dish. I sliced up a brioche loaf and made eggy brioche for the two kids. They loved it.

    2 eggs, Milk, pinch of black pepper and brioche loaf. Soak brioche in eggy mix and fry (or stick it on the george foreman grill)

    Top Tip: Make extra so when the kids don’t want anymore you can make a nice ommlette (Bacon n Cheese FTW)

    Mmmmmmmmm nice!

    Very filling n all!

    I call it French bread though.. The word Eggy puts me off :/

    We call it French toast, never tried it with Broiche though, sounds yummy 😀

    I call it Gypsy toast but when I tell peeps they ask me what it is hence eggy bread.

    I don’t like the eggy brioche but the kids love it. An you get a more ‘fluffy’ texture if you use a george foreman grill 😉
