A book set during the second World War, narrated by death, and about a girl who attracts his attention when he visits people near her. Occasionally factually inaccurate and a blatant heart-string puller I was most pissed off to find myself crying twice and then sobbing like a baby for a full 20 minutes at the end, though that may have been hormone induced. Anyway, avoid like the plague, worse than the Memory Keeper’s Daughter and almost as bad as P.S. I Love You (I’ve read that book, it was shite, the film is bound to be worse, AVOID)
In keeping with the WWII theme I rate this Jews/Gas Chamber.
