Now I already know this will go nowhere as it is unworkable as we all have so many gaming ‘mates’!
But, any XDC interested in having and using an XDC ONLY channel in TS???

The other problem I have with muting is that you don’t know if you are speaking over the top of someone, particularly if you have muted 2/3s of the channel 🙂
XDC ONLY channel in TS???
Would work well if were trying to get some practise in for our league games. We could ensure we got no spy’s in the camp.
And I havent sung on TS for ages!!
Just set a mute key for mic and speakers… when you want quiet, mute the world!
Why dont those who wish to chat about things other than just Bf go into another room , simple , I dont think it is rude to do so , it would be nice to have a more chilled room every now and again.
i used to just go and find my own BF room when people used to piss me off – fucking gummy bear songs spring to mind normally those who want to talk about the game normally came and joined me
Errrm.. isnt our TS advertised to the Public.. as it is.. do we have reason to complain.. or am I missing acctually reading the above posts lol

Yeah, I know I can talk crap with the best of them and sometimes it’s a laugh. But if you’re trying to get your head down and just play properly, it’s a pain when somebody is going on and on about something not game related.
It’s also a bit annoying when you’re using squadspeak with somebody not on TS and you’re tring to hear what their saying.
Personally I think we should have an XDC training night when we all squad up on one team and just have a TS channel for ourselves. No nonsense, just trying to improve our gameplay, tactics and communications.

it has been tried several times and some will say “it gets unbalanced and ppl on the other side can t cope with our l33t SkillZZzzzzz ” then again 😉 😉 😉
errr, “lost” is my other pc, i switch that into TS so i can see who comes/leaves and who is chatting/asking for a slot in the server etc while i’m playing on my main rig.
I’m not sure why i changed it to lost! in fact i can’t even remember doing it so may either was very pissed or else a mate or cousin done it but i shall endevour to change it back to “tamers other pc”.
