    OK… I have a choice

Sony 32U2000 off a mate for £200 – 1 year old… great condition but no warranty.

Sony 32S3000 from Dixons for £424.98 Delivered – New with 1 year warranty but the hassel of oganising delivery and it being Dixons…

Sony 32S3000 from independent retailer for £450 (+£10 Taxi home) – New with 5 year Sony warranty…. no delivery issue…

What would you do… baring in mind I make £280/week after tax 🙁

    Cheers

*edit* Dixons TV would take a couple of weeks, other retailer and mate could get it today.

buy a couple of ounces of weed, get oblitrated, sit close to 17″ crt and be under the illusion it is widescreen. why waste your money on a TV, fly to europe, have a great time.

Ended up buying my mates old set and saving £250… Not a bad set – lowest of the Sony range, and they no longer make them, but for £200 for a 32` TV – cant really complain…
