A great idea and executed with attention to the most minute detail.

Basically this is a series of personal accounts about ‘The Zombie War’, which threatened to wipe out the human race. The book does what all good zombie movies do and holds a mirror up to society to try and explain how such a thing could happen and how people would react.

There’s stuff about people marketing bogus drugs to cure the infected, politicians covering stuff up to win elections and people turning to cannibalism. But don’t take my word for it, check it out here:

went to the world map and clicked on Armargh, Ireland, first thing that was odd was that the accent sounded a bit germanic and he started talking about Hamburg and people coming “from as far away as Saxony thinking they could escape by sea”. No offence meant, but does the sauthor not realise that to get to Armargh you have to go by sea from Saxony? Correct me if I’m wrong but I think that the guy must have made it to Armargh some how, but this isn’t clear at all and makes me dubious about the book….
