You can always look at the 8800 gts 320 or 640 models these are just as fast as the gtx’s at lower rezzies and only suffer when you go above 1600*1200 resolutions.

I haven’t got it to work at all so to be honest I can’t really be bothered with it, but on a good note I actually played a few rounds of BF2 instead and it totally suprised me how much it was superior to BF2142 might be playing BF2 again for awhile instead of 2142
tried to get this to work but unfortunately no luck as yet all the servers come up in red although the game is patched to 1.41 and I have the latest EOD client.
To be honest if it was going to be around th 200-300 mark I probably would have a bought one, but there’s no way on earth I’m ever going to pay 800 squid on a keyboard even if I was stinking rich, will have to say what MAx and Pharty say about it when they get one………….

What a fookin rip off…..looking on the US site which doesn’t ship to the UK the Copperhead is $69.00 so you have to go to the Eurowank store and they are charging 69 euros for it, thivin b’tards.

lol, yes I prefer the more gentile pace of Ro now.lol, nope I still enjoy 2142 but I’m taking a small break as whilst the little terror is so young I never seem to get a full round in 2142 anymore as with RO I can find a bush hide behind the lines and leave it for 5-10mins and come back. Fear not young Wipers there shall never come the day when people won’t hear my random angryness and cursing on a Battlefield server. Plus it gives the masses a well needed hate figure…. 😀 😀

Yeah must admit had some good games last night, spent at least 2 rounds trying to avoid the amourous advances of Dazzers bayonet whilst getting some quality practice in, by the way Hippo you were pretty good last night on the two rounds I saw you playing on. Tip for RO newbies from a RO newbie ….stick to the semi automatic it’s easy to use pretty accurate and helps alot when you have a crazed Dazzer running around trying to knife you.
