Battle Sattions Midway , BF2142 (toss game) and ARMA, oh and when I get chance I might power on my Paperweight360.
Beer it’s shit on Vista and XP, I have a Duo Core 2 6300 3 gig of ram and a gf8800 gfx card and the best I get sometimes is 10-15 fps, My internet connection has a good connection and I don’t have any hassles on any other game.
I have come to the realization that since patch 1.20 the game is fucking wank and I really can’t be arsed with it for much longer. Sick of have 2 hours of free time and only being able to play for 20 mins because of lag continual CTD’s and punkbuster errors. Probably time to dust the ARMA disc off.
Ignore the above I now love it again……Waiting for the cheque that EA guy promised me) No probs no hassles everything seems to be ok at the moment..

Might go and join Fenix and wander aimlessly round a ArmA server wondering what the hell to do for a bit.

might be the MTU amount, you might want to check it out although in experience that stops you getting onto sites completely not parts of it.
Personally being a biker and a car driver i’d prefer it it “cars” when they see us just stayed exactly where they were.
When I’m in a car if I see a biker I just carry on doing what I’m doing the only time you should need to look around you is when you doing a turn or a lane change or of something of similar ilk .When I’m on a bike if I could rely on the fact that the car was not going to move on my behalf it makes it easier for me to get around the vehicle where appropriate. As for bus lanes…..humm that’s like riding over a minefield sometimes…
As for the lane changing undertaking(to a point) etc etc it’s actually called “making progress” something which having been a instructor and also a ex police training course pass-ee is actively encouraged although only when safe to do so.

You’ll probably be on a 50-1 contention ratio which basically means you share your pipe connection with 50 other people. So the less people are on it the faster you go and the more people on it the slower you go ,bit like BF2142 really

I must admit I rarely change weps but I can only say all other maps are fine I usually play cerebre and Camp Gib and I dont have a problem with them. I can honetly say it only seems since I’ve put the patch or Ventrillo on these probs have occured. When I get a bit more time I will investigate it further but at the moment I cant do anything about it. As you say though last night it became unplayable for me quite annoying really considering I’m playing on a core 2 duo platform with a 8800 gfx card and I’m only getting 10-15fps a second. Really considering dumping BF completely at the moment it’s just now worth the stress.
