Um I have looked for the old thread but after page 4 I got bored.
Basically just wanted to let you know it worked (well partly). I asked for £1300 with them owing me about £1500. They just paid me £800 straight into my account today. I’ve asked them to look at it again as I want £1000. Best get your claims in quick as they’re changing the law April it looks like?
Anyway now perhaps I should move out this wkd rather than the end of the month as crack-den’s doing my nut, front door has been kicked through once more. Anyway at least I’ll be able to feel a little less stressed today.
-Incidentally it’s the stress levels causing me not to say much on TS.Well played sir! £800 quid for complaining isn’t a bad days work. I wish I got paid for complaining, I’d be a bloody millionaire by now.

Get out of the crack den quick. Its only a question of time. I remember one house in Brum when we got broken in to. The only thing that was nicked was a spanking new guitar control pedal that my flat mate had recently bought. It just so happens he was showing it off to a junkie (x)friend of ours the day before 🙄Congratulations of getting something out of the banks 😀 They are quite good at taking money off you but its a first that they actually give money back 😈
