Had a look at your stats Mr Kettle. HOW many nade/demo/claymore kills? Then how many GUNSHIP kills?
Don’t like them keyboards. They look a bit plastic fantastic. I’ve got a Logitec Di Novo bluetooth thingame which does the job.

You cheeky sod you. The logic in my post is to encourage Max to play more BF2, thus his 2142 ‘skillz’ will get much worse allowing all of us to knife him repeatedly. Also a bit of forward planning on my side should they release 2142 on Prize-fight!!
Btw, I installed PB yesterday which (and thanks to the person that told me to do it) has resolved the kick issue however for the last 2 days now the XDC server shows up in red and I can’t join? The only way I can get around this is to connect via my buddies list.
Anyone else having this issue/know how to fix it?
There’s a thread on TotalBF2Forum about this at the moment. So that’s how people do it. I had wondered from time to time when I’ve seen people racking up the scores.

When you run that you get a text message overlayed on your game screen saying who is talking. Works fine with both BF2 & BF2142.

Now having checked out those ones you linked to I simply must do another one as I’m sure I could manage something amusing. Maybe an XDC BF2142 inspired one perhaps with sound?
Logitec Extreme Pro works a treat and won’t set you back much more than a 10 sheet these days (or maybe a bit more?)
Haven’t bothered setting up joystick for 2142. The ships are flyable with my mouse and keyboard. For BF2 however I’d always use the joystick for the planes and sometimes for the helis (when I want to loop-the-loop say).
