Check previous replies to WOW type threads to see the typical XDCers reply to ‘excitement’ for an MMO. See said threads then slouch away into the corner where you’ve been banned for being too gay.
The interesting one for me there is the 360* fight for the ball. Sounds like you’ll all be able to go for the ball which as we all know is something that can’t be done right now.
The passing (ping-pong) stuff – I’m happy with this being changed. I like the idea that it takes more skill to get the ball to the player. Ping-pong passing will still be available but only if you’re actually decent at getting the power right. Sounds as it should be to me.
And the ability to involve team mates in celebrations should be fun.
Hmmm yeah I know some people don’t like the fact you have to pay but these days that’s the way things seem to be going. For the level of enjoyment we’ve had playing FIFA though it hasn’t hurt that much.

I have a Cannon printer but that’s in Milton Keynes still has one of my dumbass mates gave me back the wrong one. So now I have his brothers band new pixmia something or other printer/scanner minus the right cables so really I have no printer!

How crap is that? Surely as we pay for a server we should be able to have whatever settings we want? Hardcore damage is good as it stops you having to unload a clip, throw a tank, and then nuke someone before they die. But spotting is decent and why should you not be able to see how much ammo you’ve got just because you want to be on hardcore? So not impressed.

Damn when is that 10 wins in a row gonna come? We’ve hit some blistering form of late for sure.

I thought I’d post this and see what you guys think re: settings?
Firstly I think everyone agress that hardcore damage is the way to go? I certainly do.
And hopefully everyone agress kill cam should be off? I like I do because I think it allows you to take advantage of some gorgeous levels using trees, rocks, and a whole host of other things as cover.
I feel quite strongly on the above. Input please?
Friendly Fire – Again I would love for this to be on as it reduces nade spamming and forces better tactics.
Mini Map – Now I don’t see why this can’t be on? I like being able to see where I’m going giving a quick tactical view of where my team are and where the other side are (in conjunction with spotting)
Spotting – I REALLY would like this on. It’s one of the points the new game was sold on from what I hear? I recognise that some don;’t like this as they feel sniping becomes too easy but I’d agrue that it makes killing snipers easier too. Again it also leads to better team play in that you can work together to flank the other side etc.
Being able to see your bullets left etc. I didn’t realise this could be on. Not sure what setting it is but I don’t see any reason why this can’t be on? I don’t see how playing hardcore should remove your ability to see how much ammo/armour you have? Since I’ve been playing this game I’ve not got my head around that.
Rush or Conquest etc? I don’t mind. I’d like them both.I guess if I had to pick one I’d pick Rush.
Maps – All of them.
Players – Been chatting with Bob a bit on this and I think a 26 player server would be best. When I look for servers I stay away from 32 because of the increased lag.
If any of you guys who play would take time to post your likes setting-wise it would be appreciated.

Insane grabbing a draw clincher in the 90th? Sprog scoring 2 in a match?! Yup, these things actually happened in the amazingly entertaining world of FIFA 10! It was like we’d won the World Cup when that 90th minute shot in off two posts hit the back of the net. Great games all! And that means we’re 11 unbeaten!!
