Cans of compressed air do drip liquid if they are nearing empty or if you use them in any other position than vertical, and yes, make sure the pc is powered down, no need to wait 10 minutes though, the liquid evaporates in seconds.
Once every 12 months is fine, unless you smoke a lot in the room, then i,d say every six months.

Yeah, Ghost Recon was an awesome game, I believe that was the last game in the Tom Clancy series which used there own game engine, since then the series has gone downhill.

In my opinion, you shouldnt be using Dramweaver or any other website creation software, as these days you should be using CSS to layout your website, or more specifically DIV tags, which arent handled well by design software which were good for table based layout.
So do yourself a favour now, and learn CSS based layout, here is a few links to get you started …

Having said that though, the creation software is still usefull for quickly creating tables and forms, which you can then copy and paste into your text editor.
For domains you could use UKReg, the benefit of this is you keep complete control over the domain and get a control panel for all you domains to alter things like DNS servers DMX records etc.
For hosting try webfusion or fasthosts …

I,m on vista also, but from what I can remember about xp, arent there 2 versions of update software from microsoft?
One is Windows Update and the other is for updating all microsoft programs, just cant remember its name, may be microsoft update, if you go to the windows update site, there should be a link to it, you may want to give that a go also.
