well after a couple of hours downloading at a crawl it then decided to say it was done and fekked up. I dont give two monkeys choof choofs if this is a smaller company. The least they could do is get these bloody files hosted on a few reputable websites that have a download speed that doesnt match an oration by porky pig. buddigabuddigabuddigaddddownloadfailed…thats all folks…grrrr

My verdict so far is that Western Digital is coming up trumps. I have 4 Sata hard drives at 400gig each ( a Hitachi that screwed up but is fine now, 2x Western Digital no probs and that Maxtor that constantly unmounts and has sector errors) an old IDE with 120meg (Seagate Ive had for 7 years with no probs) all inside my machine and an external lacie HD at 250gig (that is also maxtor and has plenty of bad sectors). You can add hard drives in the spaces where cdr’s go by buying adapters to hold them in (something like this: http://www.scythe-eu.com/en/products/pc-accessory/hard-disk-stabilizer-2.html)
it will also help with noise vibrations and knocks)
Anyhow to get to the crunch have a floppy disk handy and run this prog:

Its a slow process that you should leave running when you have summut else to do but it does the job and fixes a hard drive rather well. Also you need to make sure that your bios is set to boot on floppy.
I can only recommend that you get yourself a new one thats good quality and transfer your “art” as soon as possible then keep that maxtor for storing temporary junk.tut tut 🙄

Chris I dont have one of them accounts but Ive stalked you guys on myspace as you will soon find out. With regards to ringtones can you make one yourself with an mp3? im not sure how all that works 😕They should work with the guys from forgotten hope and get some flakpanzers and other mobile AA into the game that should help ballance things out a bit and of course the whole spitfires and me109s carrying 20 bombs each didnt help the poor grunts. I should know I was one of the bastards that kept killing you all 😈

That the whole prospect of commanding could be great fun. Imagine calling in a squad of bombers for an attack run. That can just as easilly be shot down by the enemy before it gets there. Imagine Titan style games where there are 2 aircraft carriers on each side of an island that have to capture artillery possitions then unlock submarines to finish the job off or something once the ships radio tower is down. Who bloody knows.!#
What I do know is that this Game needs to be made as I for one would probably veto Battlefield Dinosaurs and Cavemen 2042BC or battlefield Alienattack20gazillion and 42its about half way down theres 3 copies of the album making faces on there and the tune is called Aim Fire (xdc) theres a little blue headphone thing on the left click it..the end

And to our man at EA; If they are thinking of what to do next in the battlefield series then how about BFWW2 with all the advancements we have had with these games and the variety that bf1942 gave us it would obviously be the ultimate winning solution. I can just imagine the commander getting the call to send a squadron of bombers over for a strike or just good old but inacurate artillary from offshore ships. Would be class with an Ai bomber squadron trolling across the map that could be taken out by fighters before it reached its destination or even got scared and pooped its bombload before reaching its target. The possibilities are endless.. Thwap thwap 😀

in fact the chorus seems to be lacking on the samples they give I think you get most of it on the 1st one that appears. But I’d be up for doing something even if Milos friend is a damned sight more talented than me turks 😛CGI is too easy to do nowadays so every numpty jumps on the bandwagon. Its like all these CGI animations that are around now. When pixar did Toy Story it took something like 3 years to complete which meant that they wanted to make sure the story was good in the 1st place. Alas its quick bucks and flashy colours nowadays 😕
