Shame you dont have much time. A good book I pick up every now and again when Im on the bog is : the philosophy Gym by Stephen Law. It takes some of the fundementals and puts them in easy to understand scenarios that can be pretty entertaining and very much more in laymens terms:

another prog called neat image pro for tidying up stuff. you can use it as standalone or incorporate it into your photoshop plugins. Been using Photoshop since version 1. (3 floppy disks lol) and as mags says. Photoshop FTW 😉
bah Im getting one soon. gonna wait a little longet to make it sli. But Im planning on going to Vista. I do a lot of graphic intensive works so it wont hurt for me to make the investment 😉
in photoshop use clone stamp with a soft brush and lower opacity untill you get it right. theres also a tool that looks like a plaster that patches and gets rid of that kind of thing. I’d demonstrate but im not at home
these beast have been doing some odd things recently. Tother day I was commanding and about to put UAV over the Titan when it wizzed off to the top right hand corner of the map. Most odd 😯
