Yeah BT wanted silly money to install a line in my house unless i signed into a contract with them. I told them to have a suck on my balls.

I wanted a new remote….but instead of sending me a new one, they decided what I actually needed was a new viewing card. So they sent me one of those instead and disabled my current viewing card in the process.
