Get yourself a binocular clamp for a tripod. Then buy a tripod if you need to. Can be very cheap.

A clamp will cost you £15-£25. Tripod can be less or a great deal more, depending on what you get.

Do we still have teamspeak? I must confess I forgot to start it up before I played, and could’t be arsed to risk an Alt-Tab.

I was on for the first time in ages too. Had a couple of good games. Although that bastard Fluphy was being a bit good and killing me lots – must have nicked the Max Hax. 😉

I saw this up close when at Siggraphlast week. Being my usual cynical self I wasn’t expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised to find it was actually really nice. The surface has a nice feel to it.

Not sure what you can really do with it practically, but it’s very cool. Applications will start to come out for it over time – there is a developer kit for it and MS are already shifting boxes.

    I’m in the doghouse….

Just come back from working in the US for a week (San Diego). I got home late morning yesterday. In the evening my wife asked me in “that tone” if I had noticed anything different.

Oh bugger, I thought. (Married guys know the feeling well, I’m sure).

Anyway, to cut a long story short, while I was away the Mrs Lensman had redecorated the living room, dining room, both loos, and the en-suite. And I hadn’t noticed.

It probably didn’t help when I pointed out she had missed a bit…. 🙄

Nah…..I find myself doing the “pretend-to-be-enthusiastic” act too with my son…

Unless, of course, he lets loose a ripper of a fart or a belch. That’s simply great…..or maybe it’s more the horrified look of embarassment on the face of the missus 🙂

Going for Father-of-the-Year award there, Neon? 😛

Yeah, I feel a little guilty about that one, being the resident man in green tights. I was up for helping to organise it, but real life got in the way and I just ended up having too much other stuff going on 🙁
