To make matters worse, fucking Virgin broadband is down, and the fuck nuggets on the phone dont believe us – called yesterday and the dude said there wasnt a prob in Chiswick, called today, and the dude said the problem in Chiswick had been fixed! WTF! Fortunately they are sending an engineer round… on fucking Monday!!
