Arse – I have a download version… although I do have vista on disk so could probs format on to that, and then redownload the downloaded windows 7.
In terms of selling this PC… although windows 8 is shite, do you think it would sell better with 7 or 8? I can get either for free.

Another quick question – It has windows 7 on it, but also full of my crap – so obviously want to format prior to selling. If I format through windows, will the operating system remain on it, or will it be formatted too?
