Been to see this tonight, definitely one that will divide all those who see it.
Being a fan of X-men comics, cartoons and the movies, I loved this. There’s not as much in terms of character development as there was in the previous 2, but this movie is not about that as it takes the focus more towards the future of the X-men in line with the cartoon/comics, and this I think is the reason it will divide those who see it.
The missus thought it was only okay.
I reckon it’s a good movie, great action scenes and although I think they tried to do too much in one movie ( bringing in both Phoenix and Humans vs Mutants ), I still rate this a
9/10
Was quite interesting to see the Sentinel bit in there too.
And Famke Janssen as a red head…..mmmmmmm 😀Going to see this very soon with Missis and sprogs. Looking foward to it aswell. One question…. is Vinnie Jones any good as Juganaught? Cause the clips Ive seen, he looks fantastic!! 😀
Its zctually really good I reckon – way better than X-men 2.
Lot of nice touches – well worth a watch.
Vinnie Jones doesent have to say much – so in that respect… sure this film is an ok vehicle for him 🙂
I watched X men 1 and thought it was good and just downloaded and watched X men 2 which I enjoyed as well, and this new one is supposed to be quite decent 🙂

Fair enough, but that’s really not difficult if we’re being honest. Wiping yer arse with a brillo pad would be better than X-Men 2.

I thought she wanted to get off quick! damn my eyes! I told her I thouight she knew where her car was and dint need me to show her lol :/

Good film this aint it. Thou I did think that they were stearing away from the family market and aiming at the more, dare I say it, mature viewers. My two kids really liked the fight scenes or anything where Logan was on the screen all the rest of it whent over thier heads!
Leaves the doors wide open for X-Men 4 which is now rumoured to be the Wolverine spin off (still staring Jackman as the man himself) Thou casting has een a little bit sketchy with some reports saying that everyone has signed on for a fourth while other reports suggest only Jackman has signed and theother just cant be asked, we shall hav eto wait and see.
As for number three, I thought it was very nicely shot and built on characters already developed whilst intermingling other new charcters which were only touched upon during the first two outings.
See it, like it but dont expect the kids to understand it all!!
