They should parachute in a bunch of philosphy and media studies students armed only with a few hundred thousand rizzlers, two tons of ‘baccy and a months supply of kitkats. The situation would be resolved in a matter of weeks.
When I was working in India, the pot plants on the side of the road were that tall – was really surreal… shame really that you can get 10 years without parole for posession!
