i looked at these years ago – but there were reports of it causing nausea very quickly in subjects. Has technology improved? Wonder what they are like on battlefield 😛

With a resolution of 320 x 240 pretty dire I would imagine.
These things are nothing new. They’ve had VDU headsets like these since the 40’s:

I want that gizmo that lets you link up 3 monitors to give you a thuper duper wide screen.
Can find the link for it now, that is where the future is at, but is so farking expensive.
Give me one of those matrix styley 9 screen displays any day.!
