Ok… I now have my very own super computer! Bought 2 games today… company of heroes and Red orchestra. Not tried the latter – but I might try and get online with that one tomorrow – hopefully you guys will be around to help me 🙂
Company of heroes is sooooo fucking good on my 24″ screen. Just captured Carantan and loving every minute.
Only bad thing is my medusas seem to have developed a fault – the mic dosent work any more 🙁 – so if i don t speak to you on TS – thats why.
nice move there doc……..RO is a good game, not had much chance to play it recently (not actually played on our server yet!!!!) but its great fun and worlds apart from the BF series…….forget headsets and get yourself a decent 6.1 speaker setup, the sound in BF2142 is truly ground shaking at times when the sub kicks in 8)
COH is a bloody fantastic game.
Might even be my game of the year from last year.
I could not stop playing until it was finished. I have not played it for a few months now.. It might be time to go back through it again 🙂@xdc the doc wrote:

Yeah.. the ai is shat loads harder on that than single player tho.
Me and barb used to play against the ai alot on multiplayer.
Coh is probably the best pure rts at the moment.
If the multiplayer is anyting like it was in the beta/early days it is fairly rough ranked wise with allot of aggresive play.
Tbh coh is best online, recently relic has got good with online rts centered games, Dawn of war series is great in it’s own right. 😉

COH is a great game Doc, glad you’re enjoying it. I’ve been dying to try it online, but can’t seem to get on any servers from behind this uni firewall. I’m pretty sure it’s easy to setup using Hamachi between several of us if you fancied organising a game some time 🙂
played a few games online with COH and its pretty hard but OK. Would love to get a game up and running with you gays 😉
