For those that use to use the IRNV – how you getting on?
I must admit, it gace it a good testing and its really not great at distance anymore, its a lot slower to get a visual as the scope adjusts from the dark green to light, its fine close quarters but I mainly used it at distance, so I have gone back to using the red dot and tbh, I think I have adapted well but the IRNV did have its good uses beforehand, esp. with campers
I’ve used holo scopes the whole time. I only used for about a week and a half leading up to the nerf and I never really liked it. Granted it might have given me an advantage here and there, but I’m glad it’s be smashed by the nerfbat. Back to good ol’ holo sights.

Not had much of a chance to play since the patch but for a couple of games last night when I was mostly experimenting with new guns anyway. Once or twice I wished I had the scope to scan the immediate area around me but just as often I found myself hiding somewhere safe in the knowledge i’d be hard to spot, and that was refreshing.
On th experimenting point, could someone quickly remind me which m16 has the normal rate of fire? I got stuck with the burst one for a round last night and it was a little irritating.
m16a3 – the other one is nice but dont like the bursts of fire

Yea i’ve noticed your success with it aling with the ak, and I think flyffy does pretty well with them as well. I’ve not yet settled on a favourite gun for assault so giving it a try….though I hate the m16 ironsights…..also hate my spelling from my phone.
i prefer the AEK as my personal favourite. although i havent tried the an94 i do really like the hk2002 one for the burst.
M16a3 or whatever it is, tiz a fine un although dying to try the Valerie since noticed i’d unlocked it ac to battlelog, dont remember ranking up twice though
Think I’ve been getting more kills since I’m not using it. But I think that has more to do with the fact that everybody else it now at the same disadvantage 😉
