Hi guys
New bits arrived today, boots up fine, that graphics card works to Hippo, cheers again for that m8, but I cant install anything, because I assumed IDE was still on the motherboard, so will have to go out to Maplin tomorrow and get a SATA DVD-RW. What a numpty. 😳

ParticipantHey
So right now, i have created a new homegroup and have added my new desktop, and laptop to it, that way I don’t need to re-download anything or use USB sticks to copy files, i,m doing it all over the network, currently transferring BF3, WOT and PS2.
Should be good to go soon.

ParticipantTime is now 01:20 and I have been at this since 17:00, but finally done.
WOT works on high.
PS2 80 FPS on low.
BF3 between 50 and 100 FPS, dunno what settings, left as standard.
Be on tomorrow.

KeymasterSounds good mate, the fps in bf3 should stay 60 at low settings, but you can likely play around with higher settings if you’re already hitting 50-100 range. I’d say pick a setting where you hit 60 minimum with the most shit going on around you (eg CQ maps).
