Someone in that company has made a decision to fuck certain areas of the country over others and while that’s normal business practice, if you dra the short straw with your postcode you should just leave. They have competitors in these areas providing better service over copper lines.

Well apart from certain areas, Milton Keynes = Broadband Wilderness as my ping test can testify

Ridiculous for a modern City considering I was getting 20Mb fibre to the cabinet when I lived in Wales and know have to put up with 1960’s infrastructure until BT or Virgin get there thumb our of their arses!! 😡
