A mate of mine is currently in the middle of a sponsored walk of rather substantial proportions – hes walking from London to Asia…
Hes trying to raise 10,000 for the British Red Cross… and is doing it in a way that most of us can only dream about… Personally I am fucking jealous, and wish I was with out there too…
Furthermore, hes doing it all off his own back, so every last penny donated will go in the kitty.
Basically I thought I would do the guy a favour, and see if any of you guys… and pretty much everyone in my address book might, on the off chance, donate a couple of quid… even though you (probably!) dont know the guy, what he is doing is so fan-fucking-tastic, I thought it was worth a try.

If anyone is interested, they finish in just under a month, and I will be going out to cross the border with them (will provide footage of the event – v exciting!)… its good reading if you are bored… and donating is fun! (The rats have donate £30 btw…!)…
Well… he finally made it, and I am off to Istanbul tomorrow morning to walk the final leg in to Asia (although my plane lands on the Asian side, and I have to get a taxi in to Europe!).
