My iTunes accout has been hacked and some little shit has spent £120 on apps… Contact iTunes and they say reset your account but they cannot refund any of the cost- even though they have made a 29p profit on each one downloaded!

Grrr – Itunes is shit and evil.
Shocking they wont refund you. There is lots of fraud in itunes – yet they think they have no responsibility for it? Don’t take it lying down.
I just got knocked back on some holiday insurance – but a swift follow up letter stating that i wasn’t happy along with vague threats to take things further has made them cave in – certainly worth applying pressure.
TBH you probably won’t succeed with them… but you may well with your credit card company – under the consumer credit act you can get charges on credit cards refunded quite easily in fraud cases.
If you used a debit card you are screwed.
It was a debit card… However the lady on the phone said if the fraud department found it was fraud, the bank would repay me. going to moan to iTunes too though…Time to get a credit card me thinks

Thankfully my nexus one android phone is free of such constraints and even allows me to do simple things like actually customise my phone!
How apple has the balls to take HTC to the cleaners for infringement of patents which include multitasking is beyond me. I’ve yet to see a demonstration of multitasking on the iPhoney and i seem to recall my original SPV windows based phone had that way back in 2002.
Sorry, had to have a rant.
They iFAD doesnt do multitasking at all.. you can only have one app at a time running, I believe they are to introduce this in the iFAD 4 coming this year
