My Samsung Galaxy has updated itself to 2.2.
Seems good so far. More user friendly 😀

2.2 has been out for weeks, you should have added your phone model to the title 🙂
Thinking of getting this phone meself.. been researching it for sometime but certain niggles put me off, like duplication of phone numbers when copying from sim to memory and that shite touch software it uses.. although I hear you can get rid of this for better
Sell it to me, not in a I pay you money way, more of a “Why I should buy one” review way
I only really use my phone for music and txt, but on the go interweb would be useful in many ways
It’s a good phone. The techradar review covers it all.
I only got it for music (my standalone mp3 player broke) and for internet. Both are good.
The internet is megafast in London as there is good coverage but up in North Yorkshire it’s a bit hit and miss!
had froyo (2.2) for a month or so now on my nexus 1. flash 10.1, animated gifs, voice dialing, exchange compatability and some gui improvements to name a few
The next big update is gingerbread at the end of the year.
I’m not keen on the sense ui and if you’re prepared to root your phone you can install any number of custom roms.

I’ve just installed a prog called chrome to phone which allows websites, youtube vids etc to be sent directly to my phone from my chrome browser on the laptop/pc.

I reckon I’ll go with this Samsung once I settle into my new job, They have a nice offer at Vodaphone at the mo for a limited time.. I’ve just bought a Mountainbike (and accessories), Watch, Paid off CCard, Car Loan and getting garden done once and for all with my Redundancy money so I cant afford an iGhey even if I was a Sheep 🙂

Alot of its been down to having a laid back job for the last 9 years, and being redundant for the last month, hopefully the new job I start on Monday will keep me a little bit more busier 🙂
Desktop Support Analyst for a Canadian company that is the equiv of BT to the UK
Looking fwd to it, they seem like a right good set of people, even had a laugh in the Interview.
I even get a laptop and poss a blackberry which is rather exciting (Never had them in a job before) got to go to Cannock where they are based next week to meet people and get training
