Another cool feature being added, to the chagrin on noobs everywhere, is the ability to collect dogtags from your victims. Only one weapon can be used to do this, though: Your knife. Apparently, EA wanted to make the embarrassment of this humiliating death even greater.

Yet perhaps the biggest appeal in Battlefield 2142 will be the customization options of your character. Even though the game features only four class types, you can modify your character’s weapons and loadouts in countless ways. Pack up on lots of weapons and gear and you’ll slow down. Go with a lighter load, and you won’t have as much firepower, but you’ll move faster. You can create a load that’s just right for you.

No idea about specs. but as it runs the same engine as BF2 I expect it will run no probs if you run BF2 ok 😀

Probably all be snow maps wont they? Background story is on about it be set in a new ice age where the powers that be fight over what unfrozen land remains.

Be interesting to see if titan game mode is a flash in the pan or will get some decent gametime like conquest mode did when Bf1942 came out.

I think the Titan mode will prove very popular becuase it’s different and people will want to try it. It reminds me of the original Objective mode for 1942. I think once the initial curiosity/novelty factor wears off for the new gamemode I think you will see servers/players reverting back to the standard Conquest mode, but from what i have seen of this so far I am really looking forward to it
