Someone in BT is having a bad day 😈
yeah, that’s like from 1992, quite possibly the first “user generated content” on the information super highway, as it was called back then!
Still bloody funny, used in call centres for training purposes, the employee handles it very well, although the policy is to hang up after the third expletive now I beleive!

albeit I cant help but think this is staged… theres no way they would stay on the line through that! 1992 or not 1992! 😀
