    Helloooooooooo

I got an electric shock once.

I was training at an engineering school and everyone else had just gone for tea break, just finished the 12v circuit I was building and didnt bother screwing the bracked down for the switches, that was mistake number one.

Mistake number two was connecting it up to 240v instead of 12v.

Turn the fucker on, when I was testing the switches, one of my fingers touched the back of the switch, fuck me did I jump, I couldnt let it go, there I was waving my arm around like a fuckin mad man hoping the whiplash of my arm movement would cause me to let go.

Tell you what though, I had a it of a sit down afterwards, and if your gonna fuck up then do it when everyones on there break, and replace the bulbs which blew up before they get back 🙂

Couldnt actually tell ya how many amps it was, just that it fuckin hurt.

worst experiance of my career involved batteries….they are evil.

i was connecting a UPS system at a hospital which mean’t connecting a load of, essetially car batteries, in series to make the 240V, when i got to the end i connected the positive and negative terminals together and blew the fuckers up, it vapourised the lead terminals and left me with 1st degree burns on my hands.

in my defense i was only 16 and straight out of school at the time, but it was a steep learning curve, i’ve had plenty of belts since, but nowhere as bad as that.
