Very easy question for those in the know. Ive got office 2003. Ive made a lovely graph showing industrial change in the uk from 1978 to present. its got 3 lines going accross it… one of them is pink, one is yellow and the last is blue… how do I get rid of the gay colours, and put a manly colour – like violet on instead?!

Answers on a postcard please 🙂

Its in the graph format options, you can change the line colour.

PS. The office 2003 help is very good

Ok, heres a new one for you

Is there anyway I can mark off the two areas shown with the green lines…. I want to explain the decline and rise over these periods.

    Cheers

Think you can try adding a text-box onto that section of the graph.

Its the lines I am more interested in – basically segmenting the dates… however this is just a small detail… really should start writing the bloody thing!!
