I’m only really playing FIFA 10 at the mo, so given Alzirs post about how no bugger is around anymore how many people would be interested in an XDC FIFA 10 team?
I know very few people here are interested in football so it’s probably a non starter but what the hell, it’s worth a punt.
Anyhow, put your names down if you’re interested.
I’ll have a go, still getting used to the game at the mo.. sprog has it too, I reckon he’d be up for it, and I’ll ask my mates if they want a dabble if you like, I’m sure they will.. just dont expect too much organisation 😉

I dont have an Xbox, but was actually wondering yesterday whether any of you guys would fancy an internal league for this? I think quite a few people have it or are getting it, and I might even be able to find someone who has this local to me and be able to join in myself, although I would be the Hull City of our division 🙂
Even if I can’t join in, if you need any help with organising this or a team via a webpage on the site, let me know.

I only have it on 360 so can’t I’m affraid, I’ve read that the PC version sucks, it doesnt play the same but has nice gfx.
re the league, you can acctually make your own up in game and manage it, you can invite other teams into it I believe which is rather good, infact you can now add your face in game and progress your player from a bench warmer to full international, depending on how good you are you can be scouted from other people who have made there own teams througout the world.. something I plan to do myself with this one is the Be a Pro bit a bit more, I only played online with mates and others with fifa 09, I intened to give this a good crack.. theres even a manager mode in the game if that interests you. Shame you dont like consoles fella, from reviews I’ve read, the PC version is toss and doesnt play the same as thhad some 2 v 2 games with my mates last night, it was a right ol laugh and intense 🙂
Never said I don’t like consoles, I just can’t afford one. Consoles are definitely the way forward for football games, although I struggle to think for what else.

anyhoo, DJ hero (when it comes down in price) and anything that requires a pad to play, which to me includes games like GTA, fooseball, fighting etc

Well, I’m opposed to paying for the Live service cos I thinks it’s a bloody cheek. I’m using a free month at the mo but I’d need a justification for handing over money, what with me being a tight bastard.
From what I’ve seen online the Virtual Pro games are easily the best way to play it, but if everyone wants a league that’s a possibility. Only problem for me is picking a team. It’s okay playing as Bradford City on single player but turning out “in public” in a Buttfuck Egypt kit is a bit shameful. Might have to go for Fortuna Dusseldorf – they’re an absolutely shite team on the game but at least it’s a nice place.
Picked up my copy today still feckin arund with it so i can strin 2 passes together but may venture online once I get a little better coz i’m totally site at it atm 😳
Ordered it today for £29.98 from frog-games.co.uk. Should be here anytme between now and Xmas what with the postal strike and all. Can’t wait to get in some games vs you guys.
