Watched it whilst on Sky premiere last week, mostly drawn in by the fact it starred Christian Bale
I thought Bale’s acting was good and his portrayal of the character swings were good, the story had a good underlying moral about how people react to/change after being involved in war, BUT I thought as a whole the movie just didn’t work and in fact, Sucked da big one bro

saw this a while ago… i thought i was ok..ish. Agree with Dutch bout Bales performance, the role he plays makes you think.. ‘what a twat.. then.. oh hes not that bad… then..no…. no he really is a twat…then.. aaahhh but really hes ok.. then…. etc..’
Theres a lot of ‘bro’ this and ‘bro’ that and does get a bit annoying
